The cutting board can be used for all fruits, vegetables, nuts and
beef.  For chicken and fish use a plastic mat on top of The board.  It is oiled in olive oil and if oiled occasionally lasts for many years.  Sharp chopping knives will not hurt the board.
Large is 11" x 17" x 3/4" .
