These tongs are perfect for serving food, turning food over while cooking, reaching into the oven to turn food and mix foods as well. 
   Small is 7" long by 1/2" wide.  Used mostly for toast.
   Medium is 11.75" long by 1/2" wide.  Most utilitarian used for veggies, bacon, chicken, etc.
   Large is 11.5" long by 1" wide.  Works well for salad plus veggies etc.
